Technical Support

If you are experiencing issues with Bat Client, please try these troubleshooting steps before contacting us. Most common problems can be resolved quickly:

1. Ensure your Minecraft version matches one of the supported versions listed on the home page (Forge: 1.7.10, 1.8.9, 1.12.2 / Fabric: 1.16.5, 1.18.2, 1.19.4, 1.20.1, 26.2+).
2. Verify that you are running a compatible mod loader version. Bat Client requires Forge or Fabric depending on your Minecraft version.
3. Check for mod conflicts. Disable other performance mods (OptiFine, Sodium, etc.) before reporting issues, as they may interfere with Bat Client optimizations.
4. Clear your Bat Client config folder and let the client regenerate default settings. Corrupt config files are a common source of crashes.
5. Check the Minecraft crash log located in your .minecraft/logs/latest.log file for error messages related to Bat Client.
